Fair size, bigger than what I thought it would be as well. It comes with all that's needed to make a pretty hamper, however the bows, in my opinion, aren't very good quality, one of them actually broke when I was trying to sort it. Also the cellophane isn't the greatest size for the hamper and it took ages to make it sit right, alongside a lot of sellotape. Mixed views from me for sure.

This was a great little Christmas hamper making set. You get a red basket, some stuffing for the hamper, the cellophane wrapping and a choice of two bows - silver and red. I found the basket could fit a good array of items in and is slightly tilted so you can display things attractively. I have included a picture so you can see a rough idea of the finished result and how much you can fit in. The stuffing comes a bit flattened, would recommend fluffing it up in the basket before you put your items in - no issues there. The cellophane is plenty big enough to wrap the basket. The bows are an interesting contraption - you pull the cellophane through and then pull the string and the ribbon folds into a bow. It does come with instructions, though I am not the craftiest person and struggled a little with the instructions, so I don’t think I did it entirely right. Still the finished product looked good enough for display. Would recommend, this has everything you need to make a gift hamper.

The basket seems OK however the clear cellophane to wrap it in isn't big enough to cover the basket. Make sure you buy more otherwise like us you get caught out not being able to use it for the gift you wanted it for
